2020 г. стал Международным годом медсестры, и, по-видимому, его совпадение с пандемией не является случайным. Ведь эта пандемия еще больше подчеркнула важную роль медсестер — в уходе не только за инсультными больными, но и за пациентами с любыми заболеваниями. And, if something could define stroke-specialized nurses from SEDENE (Spanish Neurological-Specialized Nurses Society) it is their proactive and brave attitude since before the pandemic for giving stroke patients’ lives a chance.

Вместе с консультантами программы «Angels» они организовали виртуальное обучение для испаноговорящих стран (https://angels-sedene.livetraining.digital/), сосредоточившись на новых виртуальных возможностях, имеющихся теперь у медсестер, для улучшения наблюдения за пациентами.
